As far as target consolidation is concerned I feel very strongly that the officer of the watch should have the ability to set his or her own parameters for target consolidation and other factors , at the beginning of his or her watch. This is very important to me because every officer is going to be navigating under completely different conditions and should have the ability to determine how the equipment is going to best suit the needs of his navigating challenges during his or her watch. I believe the parameters should be easy to adjust. Perhaps a set of options which an officer could choose from?
